Is this stuff art? It is more of a display of the deliberate nature of sin in men who glory in their shame rather than art. They do not approve of God, so they must suppress the truth of His Law revealed in their conscience. So God gives them over finally to a debased mind.

The true expression of art and science can be seen in this quote from Francis Bacon (1620)…
“Man by the Fall fell at the same time from his state of innocence and from his dominion over creation. Both of these losses , however, can even in this life be in some parts repaired; the former by religion and faith, the latter by the arts and sciences.” [from Schaeffer’s Rise of Modern Science in his book How Should we then Live?]
Art and science are an expression of theology; the culture’s attitude toward God is reflected in its art and science because these things tell how we view ourselves as image bearers of our Creator. Is the knowledge of God suppressed among us as those who know God, but do not approve of God nor want to retain any knowledge of Him? Do we glory in God and give thanks for His Providence or do we glory in our autonomy and lawlessness by demeaning our heritage of faith?
Some will deny that they know God. Shall we believe them or do they not testify to the truth of the Bible? God reveals Himself to all men through His works of creation and His work of the moral law written on the conscience so that they are without excuse. The Scriptures say that men are without excuse who suppress this knowledge of God that is in them and that they live in. If they are accountable as implied by the assertion of being without excuse, then it follows that the testimony is sufficient. Men lie to themselves when they deny their innate knowledge that God exists and that they are accountable to Him as moral creatures made in His likeness and made for eternal life.
The thinking inherent in this mindset of suppressing the truth is illustrated by the following statement by Richard Lewontin, a geneticist and leading evolutionist and defender of Darwin. It illustrates the implicit philosophical bias against Genesis creation and Flood, regardless of whether or not the facts support it. Furthermore it reveals the corruption of a neo-science that clings to nineteenth century materialism as a world view…
‘We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism.
‘It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is an absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door.
‘The eminent Kant scholar Lewis Beck used to say that anyone who could believe in God could believe in anything. To appeal to an omnipotent deity is to allow that at any moment the regularities of nature may be ruptured, that Miracles may happen.’
[Richard Lewontin, ‘Billions and billions of demons’, The New York Review, January 9, 1997]
We applaud Lewontin’s honesty, but what about the fraud and deceit of promoting a dying theory as scientific fact and using it as a measure of scientific orthodoxy? We will not commend him for his practice of neo-science.
The darwinites have limited themselves to the material world of what can be seen and measured in the lab. They deny the spiritual and pretend that the immaterial world emerges from the material. In this they contradict themselves, because their world-view is self-contradictory. This used to be called nonsense; now they call it ‘counter-intuitive’. The uninitiated still call it nonsense, because finite man cannot know an absolute apart from divine revelation. The problem with autonomous man is that he thinks he knows when he is ignorant of his ignorance. This inevitably comes from suppressing the truth. They profess wisdom as if wise, while revealing themselves as fools.
