What does it say of a man who believes that the problem with the Constitution is that it restricts the power of the federal government? Does this not go to the fundamentals of what it means to be an American? How can an American be opposed to the founding principles of America? How does a man with this belief take the oath of office and swear before God that he will uphold the Constitution?
Now that we have seen Obama and his ilk in Congress trample under foot the will of the people in the legislative process we can know for sure that their disdain for the founding principles is real. How much more does it take to recognize it? The questions are indeed: Who are these people? Why do they oppose America as founded? Who keeps them in office? They are wed to their ideology, and their ideology is anti-America because they think they know better than ‘we the people’. That’s all we need to know about them.
