How blessed is everyone who fears the LORD,
Who walks in His ways.
When you shall eat of the fruit of your hands,
You will be happy and it will be well with you.
Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine
Within your house,
Your children like olive plants
Around your table.
Behold, for thus shall the man be blessed
Who fears the LORD.
The LORD bless you from Zion,
And may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.

This Psalm is an old favorite at our house. We have read it together around the table; we have prayed through it on bended knee, asking the Lord to make us fear Him. To some extent we have enjoyed the promised blessings, but not until last week did we realize the great blessing of seeing our children’s children.
Rejoice with those who rejoice for the Lord has allowed me to see my granddaughter. She shares the middle name of her mother. My nick name for her will be Gracie. Mother and child are fine. Father and grand parents are ok too.
